Jim Groen, President of Global Connection International and Gaylord Layton, Bi-Vocational Associate for Rwanda announce plans for the Second HOPE FOR RWANDA GALA to be held Thursday Night, February 26, 2009.  The Gala will be sponsored by The Rwanda Leadership Foundation, a division of Global Connection International.  We are pleased to announce our special guest for the evening, Immaculee Ilibagiza, Author of the book, “Left to Tell – Discovering God amidst the Rwandan Holocaust”, Immaculee will tell her story of Faith, Hope and Forgiveness and how she survived with six other women for three months in a small bathroom where she was hidden by a Hutu pastor.  The gala will help to support the Computer Technology Center at Sonrise School, a project of the Rwanda Leadership Foundation.

This powerful evening of inspiration and information will be held in the Ballroom of the Wildlife Experience located 1 mile East of I-25 on Lincoln.
